Description:
------------
First time trying PHP 7.0. Using https://launchpad.net/~ondrej/+archive/ubuntu/php-7.0, RC4 is the latest available there. Checked RC5 release notes and see nothing pertaining to this so am posting this report.

Setup is Yii 2. Will gladly provide more information if pointed in the right direction. The particular line, probably not much help in narrowing things down, is:

(new yii\web\Application($config))->run();

Screengrabs of the system error report: http://imgur.com/a/OiVKS

Everything worked fine with 5.6.14. I completely wiped 5.6 and 7.0, did a fresh install of 7.0 with only the following extensions and the issue persists:

- php-curl
- php-common
- php-readline
- php7.0-cli
- php7.0-common
- php7.0-fpm
