Description:

When use xattr_set() on a file system which doesn't supports xattr, it returns true.

Test script:
---------------
// /tmp has not set user_xattr
if(xattr_set('/tmp/foo.bar','name','value'))
{
  echo(xattr_get('/tmp/foo.bar','name'));
}
// returns empty string

Expected result:
----------------
xattr_set() should return false on filesystem without xattr support.

I cannot reproduce with latest version

=> PHP Warning:  xattr_set Operation not supported in /tmp/foo.php on line 3
