The examples provided in this documentation article do not actually reference the method for this page.  i.e. the caption says "Example #1 numfmt_get_error_message() example" but numfmt_get_error_message() is not used in the code example (which appears to be a copy/paste from numfmt_get_error_code()).

Further, it would be helpful if there was a link to a page that outlined the possible error messages/codes returned for reference.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
