I am using PDO and mysqlnd_ms.
My DB is Mariadb Galera Cluster.

My sql query:
 LOAD DATA LOW_PRIORITY local INFILE 'xxxxxxxxx' ...

I have 3 cluster nodes. (mgnode1, mgnode2, mgnode3)

When the node mgnode1 is used , it is OK.
When the node mgnode2 and mgnode3 is used , it is not OK.

Then I changed the position of mgnode1 and mgnode2 in my mysqlnd_ms.json,
mgnode2 became OK and mgnode1 became NG.

So I think it is a bug.
