Doc Bug #70218 class & var links

Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/reserved.keywords
---

'class' & 'var' keywords both link to http://php.net/manual/en/keyword.class.php which is for PHP 4.

I think it would be more up to date if 'class' would refer to http://php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.basic.php and 'var' would refer to http://php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.properties.php .
