Description:

When you connect to a mysql server using a named pipe and networking is disabled
on said server (so no TCP fallback is possible), the connection via mysqlnd
is very slow.

Test script:

$mysqli = new \Mysqli(".", "user", "pw", "db", null, "\\\\.\\pipe\\MySQL");
$s = microtime(true);
$result = $mysqli->query("SELECT * FROM user");
var_dump($result);
var_dump(microtime(true) - $s);

Expected result:

Fast "query result" like with libmysql (~8ms)

Actual result:
--------------
Very slow (100ms)
