Description:
------------
This works fine on Windows 8.1 64-bit, but when migrated to CentOS 7, it returns null. Connecting to MS SQL Server 2012.

Test script:
---------------
Works:
$res = @odbc_exec($db, 'SELECT CustomerID FROM Customers WHERE CustomerID IN (1000,999,1013)');

Does not work:
$query = odbc_prepare($db, 'SELECT CustomerID FROM Customers WHERE CustomerID IN (?,?,?)');
$res = @odbc_execute($query, array(1000,999,1013));
