dns_get_record() not returning Authorities when using a reverse lookup

using dig command outputs the following

10.in-addr.arpa.        604800  IN      SOA     ns1.kevinguanchedarias.com. kevin.kevinguanchedarias.com. 1 604800 86400 2419200 604800


Note: Both dig PHP commands were used in the server
- The PHP version is 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.5

Test script:
---------------
dns_get_record('254.32.74.10.in-addr.arpa.',DNS_ANY,$autho);

Expected result:
----------------
$autho should have the authority record

Actual result:
--------------
$autho is NULL

I can confirm that it is happening too in 5.6.4
