For PHP 7.0.0, I would like to see the following hash functions available for hash() and hash_hmac():

 * SHA-512/224
 * SHA-512/256
 * BLAKE-224
 * BLAKE-256
 * BLAKE-384
 * BLAKE-512
 * BLAKE2b
 * BLAKE2s
 * SHA3-224
 * SHA3-256
 * SHA3-384
 * SHA3-512

Test script:

FYI, the sha methods you listed are already in PHP 7.1
I'll take a look at the blake algos...
