Doc Bug #68101 [DE] “Trinitäts-Operator” (trinity operator)

Description:
------------
- http://php.net/manual/de/language.operators.comparison.php

Translating the conditional operator (?:) as “Trinitäts-Operator” (German) seems doubtful to me. To the best of my knowledge, “Trinität” means “trinity”. I’d opt for something along the lines of:

“Der Bedingungsoperator (Konditionaloperator) ist ein ternärer Operator.”

If you know German, please see here for more explanation:

I fully agree that "Trinitäts-Operator" is a mistranslation.
However, I would prefer to stick as closely to the English
original as reasonable, so I have submitted via PhDOE:

| Ein weiterer Vergleichs-Operator ist der "?:" (oder ternäre)
| Operator.
