Bad performance ....
After I submit a page PHP in IIS 5.0, the performance up to 100% ....

The file configuration is php.ini on D:/WINNT/SYSTEM32 , on the ini-optimized, and the standard configuration ( run like DLL - filter on configuration )

Can you please provide any other infomation about other IIS services you are running and upgrade to 4.0.4 and see if it still happens. The infomation you have provided isnt really enough. You system specs would be good too.
