The runtime configuration option uopz.overloads is not documented
in the runtime configuration section of the PECL extension uopz:

Expected result:
uopz Configuration Options
Name	        Default	Changeable Changelog
uopz.overloads	"0"	???        Available since uopz 2.0.2.

For further details and definitions of the PHP_INI_* modes, see
the Where a configuration setting may be set.
Here's a short explanation of the configuration directives.

uopz.overloads boolean
    Enables ability to use uopz_overload().
