Description:

https://github.com/php/php-langspec/blob/master/spec/17-exception-handling.md#general

"Error reporting" is mentioned with a dummy section link. Not sure if this meant to refer to the library function "error_reporting", or whether it refers to the general concept of "Error reporting" in the PHP language.

From Rex: While there are a few mentions of the function error_reporting() in pseudo-code, there is no coverage, per se, of error reporting. Should there be? If so, what specifically?

I think it's fixed now.
