I am compiling PHP 5.5.14 sources for powerpc using make command

Here is an excerpt of the error

Apparently, your system hasn't been correctly recognized by the
build system (fnstcw etc. are IA32 assembly instructions). Please
try with a recent PHP version, and report back whether this issue
has been resolved in the meantime.
