Leave the last parameter out completely if you don't have any 
additional headers to add.

After a few emails this really got solved.
Adding -c/path/to/phpini/ (command line) 
was the solution.

Leaving aditional headers field empty does not solve the problem!!!  y have the same problem and it still gives the sasme out pu: unknown error
