PHP's truth values of true and false are constants, i.e. they are built into PHP as constants and that has been the case since the official release of PHP3.  The Manual's wording at http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.types.boolean.php incorrectly describes true and false as keywords.  All that needs to be done to fix this issue is to change the wording at that url to:

"To specify a boolean literal, use the constants TRUE or FALSE."
