Hannes, you are probably right. It seems that one of the pull requests you've merged recently fixed this. However, we are using stable version to build manual, am I right? If yes, it means that all we have to do is probably release new version soon.

Changes commited to master fixed not only this bug, as far as I remember. We have already at least two reports regarding problem with styles in CHM format.
