Description:
------------
The animated elephant that is always displayed at the top of the page is extremely annoying and hinders easy reading of the manual (the primary purpose of the site) as it's constantly drawing the readers attention to itself for no good reason.

This is the second time I've recently felt the need to complain about design elements of the PHP documentation (the first being the April Fools day changes). The developers need to spend less time and effort creating these stupid gimmicks and actually think about the people who are trying to use the site on a daily basis before making changes.

Expected result:
----------------
No animated elements on the site (atleast the documentation sections)

THE ELEPHANT SHALL ROAM.

(Also, you have a 1-in-60 chance of getting the animated logo on any given day. That's not really "always".)
