Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of PHP, which you can download at
http://www.php.net/downloads.php

Some functions necessary to support the PECL module had been
mistakenly removed from libmonetra. They have since been added back.
In order to fix the issue, the updated libmonetra release is
required:
ftp://ftp.monetra.com/pub/libmonetra/libmonetra-7.13.0.tar.gz

Please note that passing --enable-deprecated when building
libmonetra is required to support the PECL module. The
included .spec file does this by default for building RPMs.

Finally, we do consider the PECL module deprecated. A pure
PHP implementation has been developed to simplify deployments.
It is not yet available in PEAR form but is available in source
from from our website:
ftp://ftp.monetra.com/pub/libmonetra_php_native/libmonetra_php-0.9.5.tar.gz
