Description:
------------
Search functionality is broken without javascript enabled. It has been broken for a while when searching for items other than the function reference, but that has worked. It appears that functionality has been removed by default. (A manual post to the search.php script shows that the functionality is still there, but has been removed by the theme).

It would seem the search could still check if you were using a function name, and then display the function reference as it did before without relying on google's search.

Better yet would be if no 3rd party was used at all for searches.

Test script:
---------------
Disable javascript, or enable a browser extension like No-Script. Try a search.

Searching with JavaScript disabled will now work for functions, but not for site-wide searches.
