I installed debian Package php4_4.0b3-6.deb

apache restarts without any errors
but when i try to view any page even html i get the error below .

    (111) Connection refused

For starters, please try a newer version.
This is using php4.0b3. That's pre-4.0.0.

Ancient version. Please upgrade. Reopen this bug report
