Description:
------------
Included patch (against trunk) fixes this issue.

When using latest fuse extension and starting php (from command line etc) this error is shown:
Notice: Constant FUSE_EDEADLK already defined in Unknown on line 0

I've found it was defined twice in fuse.c and have removed the extra definition (after checking they were both exactly the same).

Expected result:
----------------
No error message should be displayed

Actual result:
--------------
Notice: Constant FUSE_EDEADLK already defined in Unknown on line 0

Due to this extension not seeing any activity since 2010, this issue will not be fixed. We are therefore closing this now.
