Description:
------------
The manual page for flock():
http://php.net/manual/en/function.flock.php

Says that the third argument will be set to TRUE, but it's actually an integer,
which will be set to 1 (confirmed by testing).

Expected result:
----------------
The optional third argument is set to 1 if the lock would block (EWOULDBLOCK errno
condition).

Actual result:
--------------
The optional third argument is set to TRUE if the lock would block (EWOULDBLOCK
errno condition).
