There is problem with "Change language" section. For example here http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.oop5.basic.php It can`t be reached, because there is other container over this section with relative position. This problem can be solved with relative position on the change language section and some z-index.

This is no documentation problem but rather a website problem, if
at all (I can't reproduce the issue).
