Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/intldateformatter.settimezone
---
The top of the page says:
(PHP 5 >= 5.5.0)

But it is also available in the pecl intl extension >= 3.0.0 for older php
versions. This had me scratching my head wondering how the version of PHP had
become updated, when actually only intl had been updated.
