Description:
------------
The documentation page for pcntl_signal():
http://php.net/manual/en/function.pcntl-signal.php

Shows the following signature:

bool pcntl_signal ( int $signo , callable $handler [, bool $restart_syscalls =
true ] )

But the documentation for $handler says:

> The signal handler which may be the name of a user created function,
> or method, or either of the two global constants SIG_IGN or SIG_DFL.

So the method signature should be:

bool pcntl_signal ( int $signo , int|callable $handler [, bool $restart_syscalls
= true ] )

Expected result:
----------------
bool pcntl_signal ( int $signo , int|callable $handler [, bool $restart_syscalls =
true ] )

Actual result:
--------------
bool pcntl_signal ( int $signo , callable $handler [, bool $restart_syscalls =
true ] )

Log: Update the types pcntl_signal() can handle as the handler, and expand the
documentation for what the handler callback should actually look like.

Fixes doc bug #65008 (pcntl_signal()'s wrong method signature).

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
