Description:
------------
make fails at the `ext/phar/phar.php` target:

Generating phar.php
dyld: Library not loaded: libpq.5.dylib
  Referenced from: /Users/Shared/php-5.3.25/sapi/cli/php
  Reason: image not found
make: *** [ext/phar/phar.php] Trace/BPT trap

This was even though I'd used --with-pgsql=/Library/PostgreSQL/9.2 (installer's
default location).

After reading* that php uses /usr/local/pgsql by default, I created a symbolic
link, /usr/local/pgsql/lib/libpq.5.dylib ->
/Library/PostgreSQL/9.2/lib/libpq.5.5.dylib, and then it worked.

Have actually built PHP 5.3.25 but assume from changelog that this bug hasn't been
fixed in 5.3.26.

I think this has been fixed in the meantime, or do you still face
that issue with any of the actively supported PHP versions[1]?
