I get a segmentation fault when calling the ssh2_connect() function using the
following software:

PHP 5.4.13
libssh2 1.4.2
PECL ssh2 0.12

Please note: if I downgrade to 5.3.23, it works! I have another server with 5.4.11
which works as well.

Test script:

$connect = ssh2_connect($ip,$port);

Expected result:
I expect it to connect.

Actual result:
Segmentation fault.
