Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.list#refsect1-function.list-
description
---
"a language construct" is translated into "言語の構成要素" in that sentence.
On the other hand, it's translated into "言語構造" in
http://www.php.net/function.echo#refsect1-function.echo-description, and I think
it's better than former.
