Description:
------------
I tested installing the new APC 3.1.14 on our Apache 2.2/PHP 5.4.6 server, and upon starting the apache daemon, it recieved segmentation faults and crashed.

I reverted back to 3.1.13, and that works.

Expected result:
----------------
APC 3.1.14 functional.

Actual result:
--------------
Segmentation fault --> crash.
