Running Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) PHP/4.0.1pl2 mod_perl/1.24:

Compiled PHP with:

  configure  --with-mysql=/usr/local --with-apxs

Php.ini unmodified from php.ini-dist.

A document called 'index.php' at the docroot with the single line:

  <?phpinfo()?>

Causes server to segfault:
