5.3 MSIs can be found at http://windows.php.net/download/. I believe the Windows team has chosen not to provide MSIs for 5.4.

Pierre, can you (or someone else with karma for web/windows.git) add a note to the windows.php.net site about that, please?

I do not believe we have an active maintainer for MSI (it used to be jmertic), while MSIs were nice and all, I think the zip files are a much better way to go which helps us with less different release packages (5.3/5.4/5.5dev VC9/VC11, ZTS/NTS, x86/x64)

(I do realize that some of these versions are 'developmental')

We stopped support MSI.
