"The connection to php.net was interrupted."

Expected result:
----------------
php.net website

Actual result:
--------------
The connection to php.net was interrupted.

Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset.

we finished moving www.php.net and tuning the config on the new server, which 
seems to be working without any hiccups in the last couple of days now.
