Looks like as of the upcoming PHP 5.4.7. Be sure to add a changelog role.

It missed 5.4.7 and is actually in 5.4.8.

Log: Fix doc bug #62986 (Second parameter for assert()), along with a couple of
other unrelated fixes (making the hyphen that should be a dash into an em dash,
adding a full stop, using <constant> consistently).

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.

Thank you for the report, and for helping us make our documentation better.
