ssh2_sftp_rmdir cannot real rm dir, even if it return true that the dir is not rm 
and no error
,so use rmdir(ssh2.sftp://XXXX) instead
ssh2_scp_send send large file have copy file error, approximately transport 4Mib 
data have one warning message, and a total of approximately 12Mib be transport 
will termination
so use fopen(ssh2.sftp://XXXXX) and fwrite instead

I'm quite certain these bugs are already fixed in TRUNK, will check with 
submitter after next release

A new ssh2 package is released. Please see if problem still occurs.
