Description:
------------
When I try to compile package, after make test I got:

Tests failed : 11 (100.0%) (100.0%)

In all tests files there is output:

PHP Deprecated: Comments starting with '#' are deprecated in /home/jezozwierzak/downloaded/xdiff-1.5.2/tmp-php.ini on line 1848 in Unknown on line 0
PHP Deprecated: Comments starting with '#' are deprecated in /home/jezozwierzak/downloaded/xdiff-1.5.2/tmp-php.ini on line 1849 in Unknown on line 0

So I changed that "#" to ";" but file tmp-php.ini is generated again and overwrite after make test.
I don't know where that "#" should be changed.

Is this still an issue with any of the actively supported PHP
versions[1]?
