It's impossible to GET/CONSUME message which contains pure binary data - body 
gets truncated to few bytes. For example, frame with about 500 bytes is sent to 
queue correctly, but when reading the same frame body contains only 2 bytes. The 
same frame can be read correctly using RabbitMQ Web Management Plugin or with 

Test script:
$data = igbinary_serialize(array('test1' => 'test value 1', 'test2' => 'test value 2'));
$pack = gzdeflate($data, 2);
$message = pack('VVa*', strlen($pack), strlen($data), $pack);
$exchange->publish($message, $queue, 0);
