While the installation of PHP3.0.2 (download binary + installer) an error occured with the message: INF-file missing, and the installation was aborted. 

The download of the binary zip-file (both from austrian server) reveald corrupted ZIP-file.

Can we get someone at that mirror to redownload those files.  Until then, get the zip file from another mirror.
