Description:

ResourceBundle can't load .dat resource (work with 5.3)



Test script:
---------------
$bundle = new \ResourceBundle('fr', __DIR__.'/icudt48l');
var_dump(intl_get_error_message());

Expected result:
----------------
U_ZERO_ERROR

Actual result:
--------------
resourcebundle_ctor: Cannot load libICU resource bundle: U_MISSING_RESOURCE_ERROR

This is likely due to an old version of ICU being shipped with PHP 5.4.0 binaries. Pierre tells me these will be updated with PHP 5.4.1.

Unfortunately you are not using a current version of PHP -- 
the problem might already be fixed. Please download a new
PHP version from http://www.php.net/downloads.php

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
to the version you tested and change the status back to "Open".

Close, worked with 5.4.3
But #55047 is not fixed
