Description:
------------
It's been requested that we document the mechanism that PHP uses to perform
output buffering. Specifically, the way that the size of the output buffer works,
and how the configuration directives affect the flushing of that buffer.

jpauli linked to http://julien-
pauli.developpez.com/tutoriels/php/ob/images/ob.png in the doc channel on EFnet.
It's a good representation of how the output buffer functions.

Yep, +1 for this one.
To write a full paper about PHP's OB (http://julien-
pauli.developpez.com/tutoriels/php/ob/ it's in french), I had to read all the
source code to pop ideas out.
We really need to write deeper doc about OB's internals that could help the
developer, such as the different layouts, their sizes, the default PHP layer,
SAPI differences, etc...
