Description:
------------
---
From manual page: http://www.php.net/ziparchive.open#refsect1-ziparchive.open-parameters
---

From the current documentation:

-------------
The mode to use to open the archive.

    ZIPARCHIVE::OVERWRITE

    ZIPARCHIVE::CREATE

    ZIPARCHIVE::EXCL

    ZIPARCHIVE::CHECKCONS
-------------

This is a good start. However, these options need further documentation. It is unclear which option(s) to pick in various situations. The comments on the page provide some clarification but not enough, and it is clear that a number of people are struggling with it.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
