The build of many of the translations recently failed due to some migration 
difficulties. However, the doc team is working hard to fix any build issues with 
the translations and get them up again.

The Spanish translation was recently fixed by philip in revision 322686. Once the 
translations build and mirror, this issue will be resolved.
