Description:

I have a PHP file - when i direct my Html Link to the PHP File, instead of 
redirecting to the PHP file it downloads the PHP source code. I have uninstalled 
the PHP and it redirects the Link but doesnt display the PHP Parameters. 

Test script:

I have tested with the hello.php example which is in you help file - when i call this from a HTML link - It just prompt to save the source code and doesnt redirect the page

Expected result:
----------------
The file needs to be redirected to the PHP file
