In the "PHP Docbook Online Editor":

All nicknames start with an uppercase in all sections (e.g.: "ooZe" shows how the 
"OoZe").
Opened files show as "modified".
Configure settings not saved on relogin.

1) Just fix this bug about the uppercase : #60435

2) Yes, need investigate on it. This is a bug introduice by the upgrade to 
codemirror 2

1. fixed on the SVN, but not fidex (?) ot the editor
3. i think, all.. i try change almost all setting (on rus lang), logout, login, 
settings is default

There is no longer the need to use edit.php.net (maybe except for
translators); instead, submitting pull requests[1] is preferred
now.  So is this still an issue for you?
