Description:
------------
This is a great function. Could you add a MySQL variant?

http://php.net/manual/en/function.pg-query-params.php

It might be easier to pass the params as normal params instead of as an array.

SQL injection attacks are obviously no longer a problem so yeah, doesn't make sense to implement this.

pg_query_params is prepared statements. mysqli has supported those since forever.

I know, but this interface is way more convenient.
