From manual page: http://www.php.net/function.libxml-use-internal-errors#refsect1-function.libxml-use-internal-errors-description
---

According to http://lxr.php.net/opengrok/xref/PHP_5_3/ext/libxml/libxml.c#713 doing libxml_use_internal_errors(false) will also clear the error buffer. While this is convenient, it is also a non-obvious side-effect, especially since there is libxml_clear_errors() for that purpose. The side-effect should be documented.
