The ini setting curl.cainfo allows CURLOPT_CAINFO to be set automatically. It would be useful to allow CURLOPT_CAPATH to be set in the same fashion.

The attached patch adds support for a new ini setting curl.capath, used to set CURLOPT_CAPATH when a new cURL resource is initialised.
