Description:
------------
Using 2.2.5

I have a problem equivalent to:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/libmemcached/+bug/583031

I'm using an external memchache server as a session server with persistent connections, with connect_timeout=0.

Everything looks good, but when the session server goes down (reboot), all requests hang.

Does anyone reported this issue? Is it solved in any release? Does it happen cause the persistent connection takes some time to go down? Or the problem is the connection that blocks on the connection cause there are no server on the other end?

Thanks for any reply.
