PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught exception 'AMQPConnectionException' 
with message 'Library error: Argument list too long'

Version 0.1.1 was compiled exactly in line with the docs on 
php.net (http://www.php.net/manual/en/amqp.installation.php) 
and I've also tried newer branches of librabbitmq-c (and 
codegen).

Reproduce code:

$lServer['host'] = 'ip.ad.dr.ess';
$lServer['port'] = '5672';
$lServer['vhost'] = '/test';
$lServer['user'] = 'test';
$lServer['password'] = 'test';
$this->queue = new \AMQPConnection( $lServer );

Expected result:
----------------
Connection resource to RabbitMQ server

Actual result:
--------------
PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught exception 'AMQPConnectionException' 
with message 'Library error: Argument list too long'

Semi bogus, user should have been login (overhang from PHP 
based amqp lib). Still the error message could have been 
better.

This bug has been fixed in SVN.

In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up at the
end of next Sunday (CET) on pecl.php.net.

In case this was a pecl.php.net website problem, the change will show
up on the website in short time.
