We do not support 3.0.19, please update to apc 3.1.x (although its beta)

I'm running into the same thing... you mean to say you don't support your last stable version and you have multiple in beta? WTH? I'm not installing APC manually, I'm executing a PECL install of apc. What are my alternatives now??
